When I decided to build a walk-in-wardrobe I researched a number of companies across the UK. Paolo Marchetti stood out for me immediately from the timely response of contact through the website to the ease of setting up an appointment for a free design visit. Unlike a lot of other companies Paolo Marchetti didn't do a hard-sell, the designer listened to what I wanted and gave me some fantastic ideas. I was then invited up to their beautiful showroom in London, where I was amazed by the choice of finish, again something other companies fail to provide... the designer was there and my point of contact throughout the entire project. Once ordered, I received regular email updates on the progress of my build. The day of installation came, the three fitters arrived on time, were polite, efficient and did a wonderful job. My wardrobe is a thing of beauty and I could not be happier. I would thoroughly recommend Paolo Marchetti to anyone.
